We offer a wide range of different types of extensions, including:

We uses a few of our favourite brands of extensions. If you require to use a different brand of hair then you may supply your own and you will need to read through their manufactures instructions for the correct way in looking after their hair.
We always recommend using the suppliers products with their hair, this will enable you to have a 12 week guarantee.

Onces booking has been confirmed, you will be asked to send a deposit. When the deposit has been received you will be asked for your email & telephone number. You will receive an email from FACES, and this will be where you will find your consultation form. If you would be able to fill this and sign before you arrive for your treatment.
Patch Testing may be required for some treatments.

Chantelle Douglas
Owner | Senior Hair Stylist | Aesthetician - 13 years experience
I have been working at Images Hair and beauty since 2011 when I started & completed my apprenticeship here.
Since then I have completed my NVQ Level 2 & 3 In Hairdressing, NQV Level 2 In Barbering & my Level 3 in Teaching.
In 2018 I had the chance to take over the salon, and feel grateful for this opportunity as this was the salon I always knew.
In 2023 I started a new carer path in Beauty & Aesthetics, so I am now offering many treatments in my clinic working along side my hairdressing. I am currently studying my NVQ Level 5 & 7 in Aesthetic Medicine.
I work Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays in salon.

Annabelle Lobb
Senior Stylist - 15 years experience
I Started my apprenticeship at above bar college while working at Images Hair & Beauty and since I have completed my NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing & NVQ Level 2 in Barbering.
I have 2 daughters who I love spending time with and I also love my job, and love making my clients happy, and the feeling I get when creating clients ideas and wishes. I love being part of your big day doing prom and bridal hair.
I work Fridays & Saturdays.

Joanne Cheesbrough
Senior Stylist - 8 years experience
I Started as a Saturday girl in 2016 while I was in school. I then started my apprentiship in 2018 at Images Hair and Beauty, since then I have completed my NVQ Level 2 & NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing.
I love being a hairdresser and I have always had a passion for it. It makes me happy knowing people leave the salon happy with so much more confidence. I love learning new things and always trying new techniques.

ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
When arriving to your appointment, please can all clients ensure that:
- You are on time for your appointment. If you're too late you may loose your appointment.
- You arrive with minimal products on your hair before any colour services. This helps achieve better results.
- You arrive to your appointment alone when necessary. we don’t have the space for friends | partners to sit through-out your appointment.
- You know what it is your having done to your hair, if you decided you want a change and haven’t told us in advance we may not be able to do it and you will still be charged.
CANCELATIONS & DEPOSITS POLICY
For all customers we do now require a 50% deposit to be paid on every booking. These deposits are Non-Refundable when appointment is changed or cancelled 72 prior to your appointment.
We will now unfortunately be adding a 50% "No Show" charge onto anyone that has booked an appointment and doesn’t turn up or let us know. This charge will automatically be added onto your next bill if you wish to rebook another appointment (This will be excluded if a valid emergency arises, but must contact us first).
